1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invoicing System ("the Platform") at invoicingsystem.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is developed and operated by Plus Bytes (plusbytes.com).

2. Use at Your Own Discretion

Invoicing System is provided as a tool to help you create and manage GST invoices. You use the Platform entirely at your own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee that the invoices generated meet any specific legal or regulatory requirements for your particular business situation. You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with applicable GST laws and regulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of the information you enter, including GST numbers, PAN, and invoice details
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Create fraudulent invoices or misrepresent your business
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without prior written consent

5. Data Accuracy

We provide the Platform as a software tool only. We are not responsible for errors in invoices, tax calculations or compliance issues arising from incorrect data entered by you. Always verify your GST calculations independently before sending invoices to clients.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code and features, is the intellectual property of Plus Bytes. Your data — including your company information, client records and invoices — remains your property. We do not claim any ownership over the content you create using the Platform.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus Bytes and Invoicing System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss or tax penalties. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
